Dr. Dharmaveer Yogiraj Bharti’s journey is a powerful story of vision, discipline, and steady growth. Born in a humble family in Parli Vaijnath, he nurtured big dreams from an early age. After completing his schooling, he pursued higher education in Latur, earning an M.Tech in Civil Engineering and later a Doctorate, building his career on education, consistency, and integrity.

He began working in the construction sector in 2000 and soon established Bharti Properties. His first row-house project in Gangakhed (2001) marked the beginning of a successful real estate journey. In 2006, he developed a landmark 54-bungalow project in Latur, becoming one of the region’s pioneering large-scale builders.
